Yay! Becky and James kindly produced my fifth niece this evening! Kristina Noelle was born on December 16, 2007, at 9:50pm, weighing in at approximately nine pounds. Abby being farther away was number one on the calling list, so she got to hear all about Kristina even before her older brothers and sister did. Her brothers are all ecstatic having been praying up to the last minute for another sister "just like Amanda!" Amanda really didn't understand what we were telling her, and she was asleep before we got her home, so we'll have to see how she responds tomorrow. After much consideration Josh and Kenton both proclaimed that they liked the name Kristina. And even though new babies usually are not that "pretty" Kristina really is a pretty baby, and it's not just her partial aunt speaking here! The name Kristina is actually a twist on Mom's middle name Christine, so Mom now has her two youngest granddaughters named after her (with Alexis's middle name being Jill).
Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get a picture of her on here for Abby, and everyone else's benefit. But I think I need to head to bed now. We had the kids at our house most of the afternoon, and then I took them with me to Matthew and Sara's church to see Andrea and Kayla be in their play, and then we had then here until nearly eleven. And I'm sure we'll have another big day ahead of us tomorrow. So goodnight y'all!

Yay!! Congrats to them!! I just found out the other day Becky that was due again, haha. What a pretty name too, can't wait for pictures!
"produced my fifth niece"... sounds like they have 5 girls!
She's so cute- James just sent me a picture of her.
I'm REALLY homesick, and we may be coming up in Jan now.
Hey Anna Banana! I miss you. Jeopardy and Designed to Sell just aren't the same without you!
Kristina is a very pretty baby. Good thing she's a girl. It would be a shame to waste a face like that on a boy! (That wasn't original, by the way - that's what the doctor said when he delivered Elizabeth!)
Tell Becky and James congratulations from me. I'll print the picture and run it downstairs to Aunt Martha.
