Today is a holiday, so no school! I got to sleep in, and even though our original plans for the day have not worked out it will still be good. This morning I don't have much to do personally, but everyone else here is preparing for a recital that is this afternoon. Knowing that pictures are worth a thousand words, I thought I would spare you the trouble of reading anything and give you some more pictures =).
A rehearsal of the play that Priscy is directing based on the book of Mark
Left to right: Abraham & Lorena Silveyra (cousins of my hosts), Priscy, Tania (another cousin), Elena Eager (cousin to the Wielenga's) and Miriam
This is at a birthday party for Stefan Eager -mostly I just wanted to prove that I am really here and still alive =).
Priscy, myself and Raquel
Raquel and Miriam
Stefan, the birthday boy. He came over here and Priscy and I taught him how to make chocolates =). Raquel made the chef's hat for him.
Miriam =)

I'm glad to see that you're educating the younger generation in the art of Chocolate Making. This is a wonderful thing to see a young lad occupying himself in such a rewarding line of labor. I cannot begin to express my deep joy in what I see, thus, I simply wish to commend you on your astonishing ability to educate others in the realm of Chocolate Making. I wish you the best as you continue to spread the art of Chocolate Making.
Very nice post, Anna. We're back home now (sorry we didn't stop by), so you can post oftener. : ) It's nice to see evidence that you really are there.

Those chocolates wouldn't be buckeyes, by chance... would they? Mmm! Buckeyes! :-)
Mmm! Peanut butter chocolates, buckeyes, whatever you wish to call them, they're good! If you need a recipe let me know!
Rachel -the younger generation was most grateful for the useful education tht he received that day. I'm sure that the joy of chocolate making will not become obsolete any time soon.
Hey Anna? These are not "more pictures". They're the same old ones! Take Abby as an example now, and give us MORE, more pictures!!!
Coming from the best example of all (heh heh),
Becky
P.S. You DID note the sarcasm in my sign-off right? Just making sure.
I keep trying to upload pictures, but it never works! I'll give it another shot.
