We had a splendid time in Louisiana with Alex, his church, and his friend Carl. Just about everyone in the church had to tell us what a great guy Alex is, and how lucky Abby is :). Andrew played the piano Sunday morning in church, and now everyone down there is trying to find a way to get all of us to move down there too. It was really great to meet all of them, and get to know them a little bit.
I still don't have the results on my GED tests :(. They said that I should get the results in ten days to two weeks, so it should be anytime now. I'm not sure I can wait much longer! If I were the nail-biting type, I wouldn't have any nails left by now!
The fudge shop is open!!! Saturday was our official opening date, but Andrew and I went in on Thursday too, to start making fudge. So come get your fudge :).
What else is going on... Oh. My car is dying. It's headed for the shop this morning to get the brakes fixed, but it has some other problems as well, so I don't know how much longer it's going to last :(. Now I have to decide if I need to buy a car myself for when I head off to New Tribes Bible school this fall. The problem is that college is kind of expensive :P. The cool thing about New Tribes is that the teachers are all church supported, so all the expenses are basically housing related. It's actually a lot cheaper than most colleges. It would be nice to have a car, but it's not an absolute necessity.
Oh, I also have a possible broken finger! And I thought I was done with doctors offices :(. We had the church gym night on Saturday, and while I was playing volleyball I jammed my finger. It swelled up and Sunday morning when I got up it was still swollen, and there's a reddish-purplish ring around it. So I don't know if it's broken, sprained, or just a bad jam. I finally decided to see a doctor about it, so I'll find out for sure this afternoon. It could make fudge making difficult :P.
OK, I think that's all the news for now. Either way I should get going, and get some stuff done before we have to take the car into the shop. I hope I don't get into an accident on the way there :/. Anyway, adios amigos!

Which New Tribes school are you going to attend? Jason went to the one in Jackson for awhile.
I'm applying at the one in Jackson :). I thought you knew that. Oh wait... I think Mom told David. That might explain why you didn't know :).
